Abstract
Stunting is a serious health problem in Indonesia that has an impact on children's physical and cognitive growth. This research aims to analyze how mothers' knowledge and attitudes influence efforts to prevent stunting in toddlers. The methodology applied included lectures, questions and answers, and outreach in Gending Village, Probolinggo Regency, involving pregnant women and mothers of toddlers as samples. The research results showed that there was an increase in mothers' knowledge and awareness about stunting after attending the counseling. This activity also includes the distribution of healthy food ingredients and education regarding proper nutrition during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Regular counseling has proven to be effective in increasing maternal understanding of nutrition, hopefully reducing the prevalence of stunting. With a holistic and collaborative approach, this research supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in efforts to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.
