Author
- Submission: Upload manuscript and entry metadata.

Editor
- Submission Queue: The Principal Editor assigns the submission to an Associate Editor for review.
- Submission Review:
- Check submission for format and adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct peer review.
- Reach a decision on whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
- Submission Editing:
- Copyedit submission and format the galley.
- Proofread the galley before the final submission.
- Issue Management:
- Create issues for the journal.
- Schedule publication.
- Organize the table of contents.
- Publication:
- Immediate open access for accepted articles.
- Current Issue:
- Items appear with reading tools linking to internal and external resources.

- Journal Management: Setup and configure the journal, enroll editors, reviewers, copyeditors, and proofreaders.
- Select Reviewers: Editor selects reviewers from a database.
- Review Conducted: Reviewers submit reviews and recommendations.
- Copyediting: Review copyedited submission.
- Layout: Format the manuscript for publication.
- Proofreading: Final proofreading of the formatted manuscript.

- Complete record kept of the submission process for both published and declined items.
Journal Archive
- Browsing issues with indexing by OAI search engine and Google, etc.
