Submission Guidelines
The Combustion journal is published twice a year, in May and November. The publication aims to:
- Disseminate knowledge, research, and innovations on new findings from scientists and practitioners in the field of combustion engineering and energy conversion.
- Increase the motivation of scientists, researchers, and practitioners to conduct research and development and publish their findings in the field of combustion engineering and related materials science.
To achieve these objectives, the editorial team of the Combustion journal invites contributors to submit research papers or scientific reviews in combustion and material science. The submission guidelines for the Combustion journal are as follows:
Manuscript Writing (Template)
- Articles should be written on A4 paper, in two columns, using Times New Roman font size 10, single-spaced, and not exceeding 15 pages.
- Margins (top/bottom/left/right) are 4 / 4 / 3 / 3 cm.

Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include the following sections:
-
Title
-
Author names, affiliations, and email addresses
-
Abstract
-
Keywords
-
Introduction
-
Research Methods
-
Results and Discussion
-
Conclusion
-
References
-
Title: Should consist of 6 to 12 words.
-
Abstract: The abstract should be written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. The text should use Times New Roman 10-point font, single-spaced, and be no longer than 250 words.
-

Citing References in the Manuscript
- It is recommended to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero for citation management.
- All references listed in the bibliography must be cited within the manuscript.
- The references must include at least 10 recent primary sources (from the last 5 years) and should be formatted using the IEEE citation style with font size 10pt.
- Each reference should be accompanied by a DOI link (reference linking).
