This study uses primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population of the study to be observed is all employees of PT. UMAFINDO totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique which is included in saturated sampling, so that all employees are sampled. The analysis technique used in this analysis is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) and the tool used is SmartPLS 3. Empirical findings show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation does not affect employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. The type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods with measurement quantification. The data collection method in this research used interviews, documentation and questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research uses SPSS. One of the sectors that has experienced a lot of progress and change is the economic sector. Many business actors innovate the products they offer. This article is a literature review that aims to analyze the application of green products in the culinary sector. This sector was chosen considering that it is related to food and beverages which are basic needs. Data was obtained from sharing literature sources in the form of books, research results and articles published in scientific journals. The findings show that culinary business actors can implement green products from upstream to downstream. This application can be started by using raw materials that are safe for consumer health and friendly to the environment. Furthermore, when packaging for the distribution process, packaging materials that are safe for health and natural materials can be used. And in the downstream part, it also pays attention to the residue or waste from production activities. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this research is the Telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The selected sample was 10 companies. The analytical method used include the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination, t- test, F-test and dominant test. The research results show that partially Market Value Added (MVA), and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on share price, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a insignificant effect on share price. The analysis results show a downward trend in the IDR to MYR exchange rate during the observed period. From the comparison of both models, the quadratic trend model proves to be more effective in depicting the exchange rate movement pattern, as it yields a smaller MAPE value, indicating higher prediction accuracy. The quadratic model is better at capturing complex fluctuations of the exchange rate, providing better results than the linear model. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive, with a sample size of 35 respondents. Determination of samples using simple random sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests and f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial). The test results show that simultaneously, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust influence Brand Loyalty. A total of 112 participants were given a Google Form to fill in to collect data for this study. Purposive sampling is one of the sampling strategies, and quantitative explanatory research falls into this group. Conventional assumptions, multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics, and hypotheses are part of the data analysis methods using SPSS 22.0 software. According to recent research, brand ambassadors, product reviews, and content marketing have a positive and substantial impact on customer purchase choices (Shopee). Shopee, a component of content marketing, has a constructive and substantial impact on purchase choices. The object of this research is the marketing strategy used by stores to attract more consumers and increase competitiveness in the increasingly competitive e-commerce industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to understand the marketing strategies implemented and their effectiveness in significantly increasing sales. The results of the study show that Toko Hikmah Collection Kraksaan uses various digital marketing strategies, such as social media, paid advertising, collaboration with micro-influencers, and promotions in the form of attractive discounts and free shipping. Customer testimonials are also used to build trust and increase customer loyalty. However, the store faces major challenges in the form of stiff competition and dependence on key suppliers. In conclusion, marketing strategy plays an important role in increasing online sales.
