This type of research uses causal research. Data is collected by documentation, data analysis methods in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence of EPS, PER and DER simultaneously on the share price, there was a significant influence of EPS partially on the share price, while the variables PER and DER partially had no significant effect on the share price of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2013 – 2017. One of the main economic indicator to measure the economic capacity of the community is the level of community income. The development of agriculture in Indonesia when viewed from the period of experincing ups and downs, when viewed farmers income is currently a very serious problem because the income earned by farmers is always changing caused by various factors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data sources for this research are observations, interviews, literature studies, data&nbsp; collection&nbsp; (questionnaires) and Statistics of Laamongan Regency. The results showed that the variables of land area simultaneously through production, production cost and selling price had a significant and positive effect on farmers income. This type of research is associative quantitative research and data collection methods using documentation studies and literature studies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking a sample of 5 years with 10 companies. The results showed that the independent variables had a simultaneous effect on profitability. The type of research used is explanatory research.</em> <em>The population is JMC Community (Jupiter MX Club) Surabaya as many as 56 people who know the Jupiter MX ad version of 'Bridge Collapse'.&nbsp; Saturated sampling technique is the entire population. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions with significant tests of F and t.</em> <em>The results of the analysis showed that products and advertisements simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.&nbsp; While the results of the analysis partially, it was concluded that: (1) The product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product variables have a dominant effect on purchasing decisions.&nbsp; Based on the findings of this study, Yamaha manufacturers should still pay attention to product variables and advertising because it is proven to have a large influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The variables used consist of independent variables namely</em><em> STP </em><em>and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used was 9</em><em>7 </em><em>respondents. This is because the convection industry is an industry that is needed by the community in meeting clothing needs. In addition, clothing itself is experiencing changes in trends and functions, namely being used as an identity attribute, so that the convection business is in great demand in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a SWOT analysis to take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strengths, reducing weaknesses and avoiding threats. The strength of the convection business is classified as a promising business. Weaknesses are lack of capital to develop a business, less competent employees are employed. The target market opportunities are very wide.
