Abstract
Rapid economic growth is characterized by the growth of new industries that create many opportunities for both the male and female labor force. Most of the jobs in companies at a low organizational level that do not require specialized skills provide more opportunities for the female workforce. The urgent economic demands and reduced opportunities and incomes in other fields and the existence of opportunities to work in industry have given a strong attraction to the female workforce .Not only in the adult female workforce can already be classified in the labor force . Improvements to the labor supervision system must continue to be carried out so that laws and regulations can be implemented effectively by industry players (entrepreneurs). Thus, labor supervision as a system carries out the mission and function so that labor laws and regulations are also intended to maintain a balance of harmony between rights and obligations for employers and workers / workers so that business continuity and employment in order to increase work productivity and work welfare can be guaranteed.
