Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with the aim of determining the effect of occupational safety, work environment and work communication on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population is employees of PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with a sample of 36 respondents and the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. Hubungannya menggunakan pedekatan assosiatif berupa kausal dengan populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu semua pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Kabupaten Probolinggo yaitu sebanyak 41 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 sumber data yaitu data primer berupa penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder berupa data tertulis dari instansi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobility sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, while the respondents in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The data collection method used saturated sampling, and obtained 69 respondents and a linear regression analysis tool using the SPSS 26 application. The methods of collecting information used in the research were: interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Partially, it affects the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Municipal Water Supply Company (PDAM).
