Abstract

This study focuses on teacher competence in implementing the 2013 curriculum. The underlying
problem of this research is the need to develop teacher competence in implementing the 2013
curriculum, since the key of curriculum implementation in 2013 lies in teachers, so that teachers
need to be given sufficient training in the form of technical guidance (Bimtek) and mentoring the
implementation of Curriculum 2013 in schools. Through bimtek activities and curriculum advisory
teachers are expected to be able and skilled to implement the Curriculum 2013 in a creative,
inspiring, and consistent manner. which is the most widely used approach is the expository
approach (teacher centered). The specific purpose of this research is to explain: 1) .To improve the
ability of first grade teachers in TPK SDN Kraksaan Wetan II Kraksaan Probolinggo Subdistrict
through Bintek and accompaniment to implement the curriculum of 2013 Lesson Year 2017-2018.
2) How to do Bintek and accompaniment implementing the 2013 curriculum in improving the
ability of class I teachers in TPK SDN Kraksaan Wetan II Kraksaan District Probolinggo District
Lessons Year 2017-2018. The results of technical guidance and mentoring In-On Implementation
Curriculum 2013 on the first grade teacher TPK SDN Kraksaan Wetan II Lessons Year 2017-
2018, is running as expected. Achievement indicator 1 equal to 87,67% category very good,
indicator 2 equal to 86,06% category very good, indicator 3 equal to 85,14% good category and
indicator 4 equal to 87,10% very good category, it means already exceed the measure of
achievement already set the minimum good.
