Abstract

One of the goals of academic supervision is for teachers to be able to better facilitate learning for their students. Academic supervision means fostering teachers in enhancing the quality of the learning process in order to improve the quality of student learning outcomes. Aspects are fostered are aspects related to the learning process. Thus primary school supervisors should be able to develop programs and carry out periodic supervision by observing the principles of supervision. Problems in the field are still many teachers who have difficulty in preparing learning tools ranging from syllabus up to the Learning Implementation Plan as mandated in Permendiknas number 41 in 2007. Departing from the following problems it is necessary to supervise the school supervisors who focused on how to arrange learning tools for teachers so that teachers can produce a learning model that is fun and meaningful for students. Findings in the study of school actions conducted in two cycles indicate a significant improvement of the preparation of learning planning and implementation of learning in the classroom. So it can be concluded that Supervision and supervision of primary school supervisory learning can improve the teaching ability of elementary school teachers in Gugus Sekolah IV, Krucil Sub-district, Probolinggo District
