Abstract
This study was designed using a School Action Research (PTS) or School Action Research (SAR). Action research has participatory characteristics, involving program implementers to be improved. This research is also collaborative, meaning it is done together with researchers and practitioners (program implementers ie principals and teachers) from the formulation of the problem up to the preparation of conclusions. Findings in the study of school actions conducted in two cycles showed a significant increase in the case The preparation of learning tools ranging from syllabus and RPP. The results of this study indicate a significant change in teachers in preparing learning devices after supervised scheduled.
