PENERAPAN METODE EKSPERIMEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP MATERI BENDA - BENDA MAGNETIS DAN BENDA – BENDA NON MAGNETIS PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SD NEGERI BANYUANYAR LOR KECAMATAN GENDING KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO
Humans have different degrees of potential, historical backgrounds, and hopes for the future. Because of differences, humans can exchange ideas with each other. Learning with the experimental method can consciously create harmonious interactions and exchange ideas, so that student learning resources are not only teachers and textbooks but also nature that is around and with fellow friends. The problem to be studied in this research is how to increase students' interest in learning after the implementation of the experimental method? While the purpose of this study was to find out the increase in student interest in learning after the application of the experimental method in class V SDN Banyuanyar Lor, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency. This research uses actions (actions research) by determining lesson plans, implementing actions, observing (observing), reflection and revision. In this study, the flow of pre-cycle activities, cycle I and cycle II was used. From the results of the analysis, it was found that students' interest in learning increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I was 62.50% and cycle II was 81.25%. The conclusion of this study is that the Experimental Method can have a positive effect on student interest in learning at SDN Banyuanyar Lor, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency, and this learning model can be used as an alternative science learning.
