PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA ABAKUS PADA SISWA KELAS I SDN BESUK II KECAMATAN BANTARAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020

Abstract

Based on the class action research that has been performed in two cycles by using the abakus media in the math study of first class students The probolinggo counties could be drawn to the following conclusions: 1) study with Using the abakus media can increase bethitung's ability at first class class. The increase in numerical ability can be demonstrated by the increasing value of numerical ability on each dial: before the average value action counts 7.33 and the completed student is 9 with a decrease of 60%. Whereas on the II cycle meeting 2 earned an average of 9.87 and the completed students were 15 people with 100% percentage of acuity. Averages up 2.53 points, sharp increases by 6 points and percentage percentage increases by 40%. 2) how to increase numerical ability by using abakus media is: a) abakus media has to be drawn up in various ways to attract students, b) teachers must be adept at presenting the strengths of both the components and their functions, c) students must like it, thus allowing the use to be optimally possible. Based on the results of the class action study using the 2 cartons above, the cache of hypotheses that have been formulated has been verified. The concept learning by using math can increase the ability to count first grade in SDN Besuk II, district probolinggo. This means that math study using abakus media can be conducted to improve math defense in first class.
