Apart from creating unprecedented job opportunities and new professions, this revolution has also transformed the paradigms of learning and education systems, particularly in Indonesia. Education is a crucial aspect of human life, enabling individuals to acquire both formal and non-formal knowledge that is essential. This article aims to depict teaching techniques and technological infrastructure utilized by educators and learners in Indonesia to address the era of the fourth industrial revolution, with hopes that the Indonesian education system can compete both nationally and internationally. The research approach employed in this article is qualitative literature review. From the analysis conducted, it is concluded that the fourth industrial revolution has significant implications across various fields, including education. Modern technology plays a pivotal role in facilitating daily human activities, particularly in communication and accessing information, which have become fundamental needs. Technology in education holds great potential for enhancing access to quality education in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals menganalisis, menarik kesimpulan, mengkomunikasikan. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap critical thinking pada siswa club sains di SMP 7 Muhammadiyah Sempu. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa pendekatan saintifik mengharapkan peserta didik untuk melatih mengembangkan pola berpikir kritis, keterampilan berkomunikasi, kemampuan untuk bekerja sama, pengamatan penyelidikan, hingga perilaku yang berkarakter. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan saintifik dapat digunakan untuk membantu tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design dengan menggunakan dua kelas yang terdiri dari kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. This type of research is using Quantitative research with the one-shot case study method where there is only one class that is given treatment (treatment) and then observations are made on the results obtained. The data from the Paired Samples Correlations test obtained a sig value Sig (0,011) < α (0,05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there is an influence between pretest and the results of problem in daily life-based worksheets. Paired Sample T-Test test obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.022 < ½ α (0,025) which means that there is an influence of problem in daily life worksheets on students critical thinking skills. So there is an influence of problem in daily life-based worksheets on students critical thinking skills. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the use of the zoom meeting learning media is quite effective in being applied to learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Zoom plays a role in improving science learning outcomes, especially developing cognitive, psychomotor and affective abilities. The difficulties faced by students during online learning are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, interrupted internet connections, wasteful use of internet quotas and teachers can directly observe how students prepare and use tools and materials when conducting experiments.</p>2024-10-01T08:35:07+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
