Tinjauan Yuridis Mengenai Penjualan Daging Sapi Gelonggongan Di Pasar Tradisional Menurut Pasal 383 Ayat (1) Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Pidana
Abstract
The sale of roast beef is a criminal act of fraud in sales. The perpetrators of selling this meatloaf can be subject to criminal articles, one of which is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), namely Article 383 paragraph 1 which reads "Threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of one year and four months, a seller who cheats on Buyer: Due to deliberately handing over other goods than those designated to be purchased. By applying some of the provisions of the article, the perpetrators of selling beef jerky can be held criminally responsible in accordance with the provisions of the statutory articles that have been set. The purpose of this research is to find out the responsibility of the perpetrators of selling beef stew, to find out what causes the sale of beef to be sold in traditional markets, to find out the impact on the community consuming meat and to prevent it.
