Perjanjian Kerjasama Bpjs Kesehatan Cabang Kota Probolinggo Dengan Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Amanah Terkait Hak Dan Kewajiban Ditinjau Dari Undang - Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen

Abstract

The establishment of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency is the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2004 on the National Social Security System, BPJS as intended in Article 5 paragraph (1) formed 2 (two) BPJS namely "BPJS Health and BPJS Employment". BPJS Health as referred to in Article 5 paragraph (2) letter b of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency "organizing work accident guarantee programs, old age guarantees, pension guarantees, and death guarantees." In order to organize the Health Insurance Program, BPJS creates or terminates employment contracts with health facilities. Of the several hospitals located in The City of Probolinggo, Amanah Mother and Child Hospital is one of the hospitals that provide health services for BPJS Kesehatan participants. The provision of health services for BPJS Kesehatan participants is the implementation of cooperation between BPJS Kesehatan Probolinggo City branch with Amanah Mother and Child Hospital. Health services as stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System Pay attention to the same rights in obtaining optimal degrees of health. The government has a role and responsibility to regulate in such a way that every population has the same opportunity for needed health services regardless of religious background, ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic level. Methods in writing this journal include empirical juridically complexal problem approaches, data sources i.e. primary data and secunder data while qualitatively described analysis.
